The last table to be presented as a part of this cruise was the French Chef’s Table and it was paired with French wines, so should be interesting.

One of the nights I have been looking forward to is the Chef’s Table, the first one on this cruise was the Italian Chef’s Table. Who doesn’t enjoy and Italian dégustation dinner. Tonight’s menu was paired with Italian wines so more fun.

One of the experiences offered on Azamara Cruises is their Chef’s Table. Fairly simple the ship’s Executive Chef and his team cook dégustation dinners that focuses on a specific cuisine, tonight’s was the Asian Chef’s Table. The menu is paired with wines so you get a full gastronomic experience.
The Chef’s Tables are not included in your fare so there is a top up needed, though this is pretty reasonable considering the quality of the food.

We departed Ho Chi Minh City at 12pm reversing our trek down the snake like Mekong River back to the South China Sea. This time the 50nm (90kms) would be in daylight so the view from my cabin’s balcony will be great.
Before we left though we got to watch the locals do some drill practice on the wharf.
