Dinner tonight was in Signature, the on board French Restaurant, so decided that tonight was a good night to try out the Talinay from Tabali, the vineyard we visited when in Coquimbo.
The food in Signatures is always great, and so is the service. Our entrees are below, we had the Puligny-Montrachet Chardonnay, one of the house whites, it is an enjoyable wine.
Followed by the Soup, beef consume for me. The other soup was Don’s pumpkin
As always there is sorbet between soup and the main course.
The Talinay Pinot Noir was served with the main courses. I was apprehensive as the wine we tasted at Tabali was not that great, but we were very presently surprised, this was a great wine, should have bought more!
For my main I had Seafood Risotto, very yummy. Can’t wait to eat here again
Below is the display outside of the restaurant.
Tomorrow is another sea day en route to Punta Arenas.
