2014 South America Cruise Day 7 – Dinner in Signatures

Before dinner, whilst having a martini, I took these shots of the sunset and moon rise.

We were lucky enough to get another reservation in Signatures. The food and service, were as usual excellent, just wish my memory was as good as I was not able to remember everything we ate.

With our entrees we had the 2011 Pouilly Fuisse Chardonay again.

With our mains we had a bottle of 2006 Picasso Malbec that was purchased by my friends in Pisco at the Bodegas Vista Alegre Winery. The Malbec was very good, glad I bought a bottle of their Tempranillo that we will try another night.

Signatures on board the Mariner is excellent. The food, staff and experience are all great and make it a good place for dinner with or without friends!
